Not at all. Thrive is made for all fitness levels, and we tailor each session to your starting point. Whether youāre a complete beginner or just getting back into things, weāve got you.ā° āWhat if I have a busy schedule?ā
Thatās exactly why we created this format. You choose 2 or 3 sessions a week, and there are both morning and evening options Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Flex it around your life.š¬ āWhatās included in online support?ā
Youāll get weekly check-ins, progress tracking, habit coaching, and messaging support to help you stay consistent and motivated between sessions.š§āļø āWhat are the wellness check-ins?ā
They're optional, but amazing! We track progress beyond the scaleālooking at body measurements, blood pressure, fitness levels, and non-scale wins. Itās a proper progress MOT you can actually feel good about.š³ āHow much is it after the 6 weeks?ā
