Not at all. Thrive is made for all fitness levels, and we tailor each session to your starting point. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just getting back into things, we’ve got you.
ā° ā€œWhat if I have a busy schedule?ā€
That’s exactly why we created this format. You choose 2 or 3 sessions a week, and there are both morning and evening options Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Flex it around your life.

You’ll get weekly check-ins, progress tracking, habit coaching, and messaging support to help you stay consistent and motivated between sessions.
šŸ§˜ā™€ļø ā€œWhat are the wellness check-ins?ā€
They're optional, but amazing! We track progress beyond the scale—looking at body measurements, blood pressure, fitness levels, and non-scale wins. It’s a proper progress MOT you can actually feel good about.
